MKF Takes Part in Training Students of the Police Academy Summer Camp

Manama – AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation

Over the course of two weeks this August, AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation took part in the annual summer camp of the Royal Academy of Police, organised by the Ministry of Interior, delivering training to 50 students. This marks the second collaboration between AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation and the Royal Academy of Police, in line with the Foundation's commitment to designing educational and leadership programmes and activities that develop young people's personal and leadership skills, enabling them to achieve their goals and ambitions in the service of society and the nation. The training formed part of the camp's annual programme.

The programme featured a range of varied activities aimed at nurturing talent and honing the skills of young people, including teamwork and leadership. Through these activities, the concepts of participation, cooperation and compassion were reinforced by working within a group of individuals and strengthening the bonds among members of a single team, along with the role of the leader and his ability to influence a group of individuals, work with them and drive them towards cooperation in order to reach defined objectives.

The programme was delivered by a team of the Foundation's trainers who had previously designed and implemented the Ithra Youth Programme of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation. The Foundation takes pride in its training team, which comprises a select group of Bahraini youth trained to the highest standards of quality.

In this regard, the Foundation extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to those in charge of the Royal Academy of Police for the trust they placed in AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation to train the summer camp's students. This reflects the ability of the Foundation's trainers to shoulder responsibility in serving various government and private entities, and serves as a genuine incentive for AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation to pursue further cooperation among such institutions, ensuring a unified vision and shared objectives and a joint approach that delivers positive, sustainable results for the benefit of the citizen and society as a whole.
