Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid: Developing MKF's Programmes in Line with Labour Market Requirements

Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation (MKF), received His Excellency Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Advisor for Political and Economic Affairs at the Crown Prince's Court, Board Member and Chairman of the Financial and Administrative Committee of the Crown Prince's International Scholarship Program, at the Foundation's headquarters. During the meeting, His Excellency was briefed on the role of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation and its distinctive programmes, as well as its leading initiatives in the fields of education and the development of national capabilities. The two sides also discussed avenues of joint cooperation that would help strengthen collaboration, support community initiatives with a sustainable impact, and advance the development goals of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

His Excellency Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa also undertook a comprehensive introductory tour of the Foundation's facilities, during which he reviewed its working mechanisms, its methodology for implementing programmes, and the services it provides to beneficiary groups. The MKF team presented the Foundation's most prominent educational and training initiatives, along with the results achieved in empowering Bahraini youth and developing their academic and professional skills.

On this occasion, Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, commended the leadership's support for charitable and institutional initiatives and its keenness to enable national institutions to continue fulfilling their community mission. She added: "At AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, we affirm our commitment to continuing to develop our educational and training programmes in line with the needs of Bahraini youth and the requirements of the labour market."

Her Highness also expressed her sincere thanks and appreciation to His Excellency Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa for the visit, adding: "The visit provided an important opportunity to exchange views and perspectives on ways to advance institutional work and strengthen cooperation with the various relevant entities, in a manner that ensures the achievement of shared goals in supporting education and empowering young people, and consolidates the role of non-profit organisations as a key partner in national development. We continuously strive to build effective strategic partnerships that help maximise social impact and enhance sustainability across our various projects and initiatives."

For his part, His Excellency Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Advisor for Political and Economic Affairs at the Crown Prince's Court, Board Member and Chairman of the Financial and Administrative Committee of the Crown Prince's International Scholarship Program, affirmed that the Crown Prince's International Scholarship Program continues to contribute to supporting the sons and daughters of Bahrain and preparing a generation of qualified national talents who are academically and intellectually distinguished and capable of employing their academic expertise across all tracks of comprehensive development. His Excellency pointed to the keenness to further strengthen cooperation and partnership with the various specialised educational and academic institutions that support the preparation of national cadres and open the way for them to achieve academic excellence and distinction and contribute effectively to the Kingdom of Bahrain's march of growth and development.

His Excellency praised the prominent role played by AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation in supporting the sons and daughters of Bahrain, commending the Foundation's efforts under the chairmanship of Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa in investing in human capital through distinctive educational programmes that help prepare a generation able to contribute effectively to building the nation. He underlined the importance of sustaining this institutional approach, based on planning and effective partnerships, in a way that serves the achievement of the desired goals and aspirations.

It is worth noting that AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation was established in 2011 as a non-profit organisation registered and licensed by the Ministry of Social Development in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with the aim of creating a positive social impact in the field of education and empowering Bahraini youth to develop their capabilities to the highest levels. This is achieved by enrolling them in numerous workshops and courses designed to equip them with knowledge, skills and experience, yielding the best outcomes for them and for the nation.
