AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation has partnered with Euro University of Bahrain to offer Bachelor’s degree scholarships for the academic year 2023-2024. The scholarships are sponsored in the name of the university founders, H.E Sh. Hamad bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, Late Dr. Ahmed Aljanahi, and Euro University of Bahrain. With the aim of offering the largest number of scholarships under the Rayaat program, this ongoing initiative comes as part of the Foundation’s efforts to support members of the community as well as enhance its partnership portfolio.
The signing ceremony took place on Thursday, 10 August 2023, at AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation headquarters, in the presence of Saba Seyadi, Executive Director of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, Mr. Salman Ahmed Aljanahi, COO of Euro University of Bahrain.
Commenting on the occasion, Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, said: “On behalf of all members of the Foundation, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to H.E. Sh. Hamad bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Euro University of Bahrain, for his unwavering belief in our vision and his support through the three scholarships. We look forward to establishing further partnership opportunities with various organizations as part of our vision to provide scholarships that meet the demands of the job market both within and outside of the Kingdom.”
On his end, H.E. Sh. Hamad bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Euro University of Bahrain, said: “We are pleased to be collaborating with AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation in support of an initiative that aims to prepare the next generation academically and professionally to take on future leadership roles. The ‘Rayaat Scholarship’ program was launched in 2011, in line with the foundation’s vision to provide students with scholarship opportunities at accredited universities in the Kingdom, in addition to providing many benefits including financial incentives, workshops, and training opportunities in public and private sectors.
