AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation Organizes Annual National Day Celebration

Manama, Bahrain, 08 December 2019: As part of its efforts to promote the sense of belonging and patriotism among students, AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation (MKF) held a celebration to commemorate Bahrain National Day and the anniversary of the Accession of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa to the Throne. The event was held on Thursday 5th December 2019, at Al Areen Palace & Spa. In attendance was the Board of Trustees, students, other members of the Foundation, as well as a number of partners and sponsors of the event.

The celebration commenced with a speech by Mrs. Saba Seyadi, Executive Director of AlMabarrah Alkhalifia, who expressed her pride in the great achievements of the Kingdom across all different fields and particularly the initiatives undertaken by the Foundation in the education sector. Mrs. Seyadi also shed light on the achievements of MKF’s students on regional and international levels.

The celebration also included an honoring ceremony for outstanding students and mentors, in addition to the announcement of the winner of the first edition of the AlRaya Award, which is a unique initiative highlighting the achievements and showing appreciation to students who have shown compliance to MKF’s rules and regulations. The event also included a variety of entertainment segments, cultural competitions, photo booth corner, and a traditional music live band.

Mrs. Saba Seyadi, Executive Director of AlMabarrah Alkhalifia extended her deepest gratitude to Southern Governorate for attending the event and to all the supporting partners, including Yes I Do event planner, Merlo Café, Cat Opia Café, Blisslab, Clinica Joelle Bahrain, Duty-Free Bahrain, and Travel Lover Travels.

The event aims to instill national values and nurture patriotism within students and members of MKF while renewing their allegiance to the wise leadership of the Kingdom.

AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation (“MKF“) is a non-profit foundation registered and licensed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Development. Established in 2011 in the Kingdom of Bahrain, its aim is to make a social impact in the education field and to empower Bahraini youth to reach their optimum potential. By providing Bahraini youth with knowledge, skills, and character, it is hoped that they will be able to develop themselves and their Kingdom further. MKF continues its efforts to enhance the educational field in line with Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030.
