Under the Rayaat program, Al Mabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation (MKF) has announced the launch of its Al Tamyoz scholarships for the 2026 – 2027 academic year, designed for gifted students seeking post-graduate opportunities in highly specialised domains.
Candidates will be selected based on their exceptional merit in these niche areas, with the programme aiming to contribute positively to the local community and labour market.
To date, the Foundation has offered over 494 scholarships across a wide range of academic disciplines, tailored to students’ ambitions and competencies while also aligning with labour market demands and Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2050. Graduates of the Foundation have also consistently demonstrated high performance levels, earned prestigious awards and achieved notable success both locally and internationally.
Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees at AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, affirmed the Foundation’s commitment to supporting young talent by providing them with the tools to develop their skills, empowering students to take part in initiatives that promote their overall growth and prepare them to contribute to the Kingdom’s future.
The scholarship targets Bahraini youth who possess exceptional leadership potential and are distinguished by their community involvement within their fields of study. The initiative seeks to support students pursuing their academic and professional goals through master’s or doctoral degrees in rare and high-impact specialisations.
A scholarship opportunity is planned to be awarded annually to candidates who have secured their admission into a master’s or doctoral program locally or abroad. The scholarship covers full tuition fees, except for living expenses and travel costs. Applications for the April 2026 cycle are currently open to university students via the Foundation’s official website.
