MANAMA, Bahrain, 21 October 2019: AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation has launched an electronic tool through which graduates of Rayaat Scholarship Program can display their curriculum vitae (CV) on the Foundation’s official website. This feature goes in line with the Foundation’s ongoing endeavors to launch initiatives that support Bahraini youth and enable them to achieve their full potential, as well as contribute towards finding relevant jobs for the qualified graduates.
This feature supports graduates in their job search journey by displaying comprehensive information such as graduates major, university name, additional courses, and workshops certificates, as well as their previous work experiences. This tool will make it easier for recruiters in the private sectors to find employees whose qualifications and work experience match the vacancies required.
AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation strives to develop the skills of its students to match with the demands of the labor market, as well as provide promising national cadres by offering integrated programs that will help them succeed in their future careers. The Foundation’s vision focuses on achieving educational excellence for every Bahraini citizen to help them become active members of society, hence contributing to the overall local development process.
“Since its inception, the Foundation has sought to support young people to achieve their aspirations by providing scholarships or training programs that enable them to build their future and reach their full potential. The newly added feature will serve as a link between graduates and employers in various companies throughout the Kingdom. The Foundation will continue its efforts in launching such initiatives that develop their students’ skills and meet their various needs” commented Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation.
